Sir,

With reference to your letter of the 10th April, addressed to the Foreign

Trade Department, relative to certain cargo which has been discharged at Leghorn

from the German S. S. "Ambria", I am directed by the Board of Trade to state that they will offer no objection to your delivering complete sets of Bills of Lading and paying on behalf of Messrs. Arculli Brothers of Hong Kong, general average and other expenses necessary to enable you to obtain possession of so much of the cargo as may be Messrs. Arculli's property.
